Youth Ministry

Grades 6th - 8th | Meet @ 10:30 AM in the youth group room during the school year.

B.L.A.S.T. Crew...stands for Believing, Loving And Serving Together

The program is a combination of Bible study and service to the church family and community.  Most weeks the group includes a short 15-minute Bible lesson, snack and discussion as well as a small service project.

Here are some of the projects we have done in the past:

• Visited Vintage Park to engage residents in games 
• Organized a Santa’s Workshop for Food Pantry Families to fill stockings for their children
• Created an Easter Basket Shop for Food Pantry Families to assemble baskets for their children
• Built a “Little Library” for Food Pantry Families to check out books for their children
• Served coffee and tea for the adult Sunday School classes
• Shared the Children’s Message during worship
• Organized Bring-a-Friend to Church activities for the children’s Sunday School classes
• Sang with the Worship Band
• Helped promote Missions Team activities

Our goal is to give the kids a chance to continue learning about God’s word and to understand they are important contributors to their community.  And, we always have a BLAST!
