The Baldwin Ledger, 8 Nov. 1912

The attendance at Sunday School last Sunday morning was 618, lacking 17 of the number anticipated. It remains the steadfast purpose of the school to attain this number [635]. It is hoped that the effect of the Sunday School convention in Baldwin City this week will be to increase the attendance at the various Sunday Schools of the town.

The service next Sunday morning at 11 o'clock is one to which all strangers of the town and community are most cordially welcome. The people will please be prompt in being seated at 11 o'clock. There is a tendency to come late which is very distracting to the services.

The service at 7:30 will have to do with the great hymns of the church.

The official board will meet in their regular monthly meeting at the church next Monday evening at 7:45.
